The Minister of Commerce thanks Al-Wefaq Rent A Car Company for its efforts in supporting the "The Ammar Initiative to Support Talented People with Special Needs

As a culmination of its efforts to support social responsibility programs aimed at serving and helping all segments and groups of society, Al-Wefaq Rent a Car Company received thanks and appreciation from His Excellency, Majed Al-Qasabi "the Minister of Commerce and Investment and acting Minister of Media", for its efforts in supporting "The Ammar Initiative to Support Talented People with Special Needs " which is organized by Al-Irada Association. His Excellency affirmed that what Al-Wefaq Rent A Car is doing embodies the ideal role of the private sector in supporting such initiatives directed at a priority segment of our society. On this occasion, Abdullah Taher Al-Arfaj considered the words of appreciation and praise from His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and acting Minister of Media, Engineer Majed Al-Qasabi, as an incentive for us at Al-Wefaq Rent a Car Company to continue our special programs and support the initiatives and campaigns that align with the noble goals we aspire and still represent in Al Wefaq. "Affirming that Ammar Prize initiative has achieved its objectives in conveying the voice and creativity of the talents targeted in this award, and reiterated that the talent and desire to achieve accomplishments cannot be overshadowed by disability. It is mentioned that Al-Wefaq has implemented many meaningful social responsibility programs and campaigns; which varied between health, traffic and education, as the "Safe Roads" campaign to raise awareness of traffic safety achieved its objectives in conveying its message to the community, which qualified it to receive the award for the best awareness campaign for the year of 2018. The company also launched a campaign to raise awareness of smoking harms bearing the slogan "Your Life Doesn’t smoke". On the educational side, the company launched the "Read with Al-Wefaq" campaign, which found a wide response to enhance the love of reading and knowledge among members of society. Al-Wefaq was officially honored for the success of this campaign by the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah, His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisal within Events of the Book Fair in Jeddah 2019, in addition to many programs and initiatives carried out by Al-Wefaq Rent A Car.
